Why We Made this Film

Ever seen someone crack open the windows in the dead of the winter in NYC? Over 75% of buildings in the city are heated with steam radiators, many of which have been operational for 100+ years. This outdated technology is inefficient and wastes energy, leading to excess emissions and costs.

After experiencing this issue himself, Marshall Cox set out to build a solution, developing an insulating radiator enclosure product that can stabilize the temperature of the apartment. A retrofit solution is easier to deploy, saves money, and cuts emissions: a winning formula.
